I had a terrible sleep last night because it was so hot.

I don't have far to go today, only 80 km so had a lie in and then packed up the bike (which seemed a lot harder this time, I really had to squash stuff in).

It's a much nicer day for riding, cooler and overcast. I just had a nice leisurely ride I had a quick stop at the Church of St Chad for a look.

 Next it was onto Lichfield Cathedral. Wow what a building amazing.

Yes, that does say 1222. It's hard to comprehend a building that old.

Time for a break. When in England 😁 ☕ & Scone @ Chapters.

Then I headed just down the road to Wall

Then passed Jigger.

And onto the Roman Way Hotel for the Blue Knights England XI Law Ride.
